to all our customers
Reduce your risk of mail fraud and do something good for the
environment. Paper statements and notices are delivered to your mailbox and left unattended until
you pick them up. During this time you are at risk for mail fraud, a crime that can lead to
identity theft. Our e–Statement and e-Notice services use our secure Internet Banking System
to deliver this information, and you will be notified via email when a statement or notice is
available for viewing. In addition to the added security, e–Statements and e–Notices
reach you more quickly than paper statements sent via traditional mail and these documents contain
the same information as their paper counterparts, but with additional features. You will be able to
view past statements and notices or save a pdf copy to your hard drive. The e–Statement also

| Fraudulent Debit Card transactions represent a high degree of risk for both the accountholder and our bank. If you suspect that your card has been compromised or there may be unauthorized transactions, please immediately contact our debit card fraud department at 800-264.4274, ext 19311 to report suspected fraud or stolen debit card activity.
